Filex AI - AI File & Document Management for iPhone, Android & Web

Quick Verdict

Filex AI is an AI-powered file and document management service for organizing, finding, creating, and sharing files in plain English across iPhone, Android, and the web. It may suit people who want AI-assisted sorting, search, renaming, reminders, and automatic folder organization, but important details about pricing, limits, security, and integrations still need verification.

The service promotes a free start or signup option. Its website describes privacy as a top priority and publishes a privacy policy and terms of service. Those statements provide basic trust signals, but they do not by themselves explain specific data-processing, retention, deletion, or security practices.

• Plain-English instructions for creating, organizing, searching, and sharing files.

Who this is for

Filex AI appears best suited to individuals who manage documents and files across multiple devices and prefer conversational instructions over manual folder maintenance. It may also be relevant to users who regularly work with images or screenshots and want OCR and natural-language search.

It is less suitable as a confirmed choice for users with strict compliance, security, storage, or integration requirements until the provider clearly explains its privacy, security, retention, deletion, data-processing, and support practices. Use of Filex AI or Nook is subject to the published terms of service.
