Henkanya is a free browser toolkit for Japanese text — no account, nothing uploaded. Beyond mojibake restoration it converts CSV and text files to UTF-8 (BOM) for Excel, handles full-width/half-width conversion, and includes Morse code tools. Everything runs locally in the browser.
