QuickReel: #1 AI video clipping & editing tool

QuickReel is an AI video clipping and editing tool for turning long videos into short-form social clips, which may help creators and businesses repurpose existing content for multiple platforms. Its stated focus is making clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels; check the output quality and plan limits against your workflow before relying on it.

Quick Verdict

QuickReel appears designed to shorten the work of finding and preparing social clips from longer videos. The website describes one-click clip creation and says this can take about a minute, but that speed claim does not establish how much review or editing a finished clip may need.

Key Features

• Creates short clips from long videos, including via file upload.
• Supports clips intended for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• The pricing page lists AI clipping, automatic subtitles, and 1080p downloads.
• A free starting option is advertised without a credit card requirement. The Starter plan is listed at $9 per month, with 100 credits monthly and connection to one social media platform. The website says users can upgrade or downgrade anytime and choose monthly or annual billing.

These details offer a practical starting point for testing a repurposing workflow. The website does not clearly state the full limits of each plan, how credits are consumed, or what happens when a clip needs substantial manual editing; verify those details before choosing a paid plan.

Who this is for

QuickReel is aimed at creators and businesses that already have long-form video and want short clips for social channels. Beginners exploring AI creation may also find the listed Starter plan relevant. It may be less suitable if you need clearly documented editing controls, predictable usage limits, or confirmed privacy and data-handling terms: the website does not clearly state those details here, so verify them on the official website before uploading sensitive footage.
