Bubbles - AI Meeting Note Taker & Screen Recorder

Quick Verdict

Bubbles is an AI meeting note taker and screen recorder that records conversations, produces notes, and helps people share video; it may suit teams that need a record of discussions without relying on manual note-taking. Its free Basic plan has useful screen-recording access, but meeting limits and a two-week lock on recordings make it important to check whether those terms fit your workflow.

Key Features

Bubbles says its notetaker can automatically join meetings to record, transcribe, and take notes. It also offers AI summaries and action items, plus screen recordings. The website describes meeting recording and transcription as secure, but does not clearly state the specific security controls or data-retention practices; verify those details on the official website if they matter to your organization.

The free Basic plan includes meeting recordings up to 30 minutes, five meeting recordings per week, and unlimited screen recordings. Recordings on this plan lock after two weeks. The website does not clearly state paid-plan prices or provide full paid-plan details here, so compare current terms before making a purchase decision.

Who this is for

The website identifies marketers, designers, and managers as audiences. Bubbles may also be worth considering for people who want searchable meeting records or short screen recordings to share. The free plan is a better fit for light use than for teams that need frequent, longer meetings or lasting access to recordings. Check current plan limits and privacy terms before using it for sensitive conversations. The service is operated by VanGoux Inc. under the Bubbles name.
